Casa de Valdez is tastier, there is no line, it is a sit down restaurant. Snow's is more tender, there is a line, they provide tables and chairs. Yer choice. Personally, I pick taste over tenderness and the comfort of a regular restaurant where you can order up all the Arnie Palmers you want.
